Shipping Status
Upon shipment, the customer will receive an informational email from our customer service and the courier directly.
Shipping to Italy is €5.99, and free for orders over €100.00.
Shipping Data
L afilledesfleurs.it will use the shipping information indicated by the customer at the time of purchase in the cart.
The only valid data for shipping purposes will be those indicated on the order copy, so the customer is required to check all the data reported in the order copy they will receive via email.
L afilledesfleurs.it cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete addresses or those lacking the necessary information to identify the delivery location.
Processing time
Orders will be processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Bank transfers will take longer to process.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday morning. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the following business day.
Authorized Shipment Delivery
Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to carefully inspect the envelope or package before signing for delivery. If, for any reason, the package arrives tampered with or the envelope seal is damaged, the customer is asked to sign for delivery with reservations or refuse delivery. If the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is asked to immediately report the incident to the local courier office and contact us by emailing sales@Lafilledesfleurs.it
Delivery times
Delivery times indicated on the website (e.g., 3–4 business days) are indicative and non-binding , unless otherwise expressly stated. We always do our best to meet these times, but delays may occur due to force majeure (e.g., strikes, weather events, courier congestion, peak seasons).
Delays not attributable to the seller
Any delays in delivery not directly attributable to La Fille des Fleurs do not automatically give the right to free withdrawal or reimbursement of shipping costs.
In case of delay, the customer has the right to:

Request delivery within a reasonable additional time , as provided for by art. 61 of the Consumer Code.

Only if this additional deadline is also not met, the customer will be able to terminate the contract and obtain a refund of the amount paid.
In this case, if the delay is not attributable to the seller (e.g. courier strikes), the cost of the return will remain the responsibility of the customer .
Force majeure
We are not responsible for any delays due to external or unforeseeable causes, such as strikes, exceptional weather events, national or international logistics blockages, or courier disruptions.
