RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal can be exercised without any penalty and without having to specify the reason, provided that no customizations have been applied or the return will not be possible. It can be exercised within 14 days of receiving the goods and is exercised by sending an email to sales@lafilledesfleurs.it and sending the package to the seller's headquarters or GMP Sas - Via Trani,187 – 76121 Barletta (BT) provided that there has been confirmation via email within the following 48 hours.
Within the same period or at the same time, the goods must be returned.
To exercise the withdrawal it is essential that the goods are intact and that the object has the original packaging, complete with all tags.
The sole costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer. The price paid will be refunded within 5 working days following the return of the goods, excluding shipping costs.
(The right of withdrawal is excluded for possibly personalized products)
The security thread present on the items being returned must not be cut or broken. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and have no marks of any kind.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE OF GOODS and/or REFUND
In case of exercising the right of return for exchange of non-personalized goods, the procedure to follow is as follows:
1. Write an email to sales@lafilledesfleurs.it within 5 days of receiving the product describing the reasons that led to the opening of the return procedure.
2. Follow the return procedure as per the communication received from our customer service via email.
3. Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached and without any signs of use.
Remember that you can only ship your return from the country where you placed the order. We will only replace or refund items returned as instructed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
The return of the product must take place within 48 hours of receiving the email received from our customer care with the procedures to follow (the date indicated on the postmark or courier's transport document will prevail).
The return will be handled within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse. The outcome of the same will be communicated within the same period (acceptance with replacement of the product or refund in case of impossibility of replacement). Refunds are made via bank transfer or Paypal refund.
The costs of returning the product for exchanges of goods are borne by the customer. In the event of an exchange of goods, shipping of the new product to the customer is free in Italy only once (excluding smaller islands, the Venice lagoon and Sardinia).
(Nb: if you took advantage of any discounts at the time of purchase, the free shipping costs of the new replacement product will no longer apply. In this case a contribution of €10 in Italy and €15 on the islands will be required to be deducted from the refund, the sums paid for outward shipping will not be refunded).
For returns outside Italy, the return of the returned products is the responsibility of the customer.
